User Agreement

This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of the EmpTrack platform operated by EmpTrack Technologies. By accessing or using EmpTrack, you agree to comply with the terms outlined in this Agreement.

1. Platform Overview

EmpTrack is a cloud-based workforce and business management platform that may include:

  • Attendance Management
  • GPS Attendance Verification
  • Selfie Verification
  • Employee Tracking
  • Leave & Shift Management
  • Manufacturing & Production Tracking
  • Product-Wise Payment Management
  • Payroll Support Features
  • Attendance Device Integration
  • Reports & Analytics
2. Account Registration

Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and all activities performed under your account.

3. Free Trial & Evaluation

EmpTrack may provide trial access, demonstrations, or limited-use plans. Trial availability, duration, and features may be modified or withdrawn at any time.

4. Subscription & Billing

Access to certain features may require an active paid subscription. Pricing may depend on:

  • Employee count
  • Feature availability
  • Device integrations
  • Storage requirements
  • Enterprise customization

Subscription fees are generally billed in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Customer Responsibilities
  • Use the platform in accordance with applicable laws
  • Maintain accurate employee and business records
  • Manage internal user permissions responsibly
  • Protect login credentials and account access
  • Ensure lawful use of attendance and tracking features
6. GPS, Camera & Verification Features

Certain platform features require location services, camera permissions, and attendance verification photographs. Customers are responsible for obtaining any employee permissions or consents required by law.

7. Data Ownership

Customers retain ownership of their business and employee data. EmpTrack processes and stores information solely for providing platform functionality, security, reporting, and support services.

8. Multi-Company Management

EmpTrack may support management of multiple organizations under a single account. Customers are responsible for ensuring proper authorization and lawful access to all managed company data.

9. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures including encrypted communications, access controls, monitoring systems, authentication mechanisms, and data backups. No online service can guarantee complete security.

10. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or continuous availability during maintenance, upgrades, or third-party outages.

11. Prohibited Activities
  • Unauthorized access attempts
  • Reverse engineering or copying the platform
  • Uploading malicious software
  • Interfering with platform security
  • Using the platform for unlawful purposes
12. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts if:

  • Subscription payments remain unpaid
  • This Agreement is violated
  • Fraudulent activity is detected
  • Security risks arise
  • The platform is misused
13. Intellectual Property

EmpTrack, its software, branding, logos, content, and related intellectual property remain the exclusive property of EmpTrack Technologies.

14. Limitation of Liability

EmpTrack Technologies shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss.

15. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

16. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Gujarat, India.
