EmpTrack provides cloud-based workforce management software including:

- Employee Tracking
- Leave & Shift Management
- Manufacturing & Production Tracking
- Product-Wise Payment Management
- Payroll Support Features
- Attendance Device Integration
- Reports & Analytics
2. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information while creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities conducted under your account.
3. Free Trial
EmpTrack may offer free trials, demonstrations, or limited-access plans. After the trial period ends, access to certain features may require a paid subscription.
4. Subscription & Payments
Subscription fees may be charged monthly, quarterly, annually, or according to custom agreements.

- Enterprise pricing may apply for advanced requirements
- Payments are due in advance unless otherwise agreed
- Subscription fees are generally non-refundable
- Failure to pay may result in account suspension
5. Acceptable Use
Users agree not to:
- Violate applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt unauthorized access to the platform
- Upload malicious software or harmful content
- Disrupt platform operations or services
- Misuse attendance, GPS, or employee tracking features
6. Customer Data
Organizations retain ownership of their data. By using EmpTrack, you authorize us to process and store information necessary to provide platform functionality, reporting, security, and support services.
7. GPS, Camera & Attendance Verification
Certain features require access to location services and camera permissions. Organizations are responsible for obtaining employee consent where required under applicable laws and regulations.
8. Data Security
We implement reasonable security measures including encrypted communications, access controls, monitoring, authentication systems, and secure infrastructure. However, no online service can guarantee absolute security.
9. Service Availability
We strive to maintain reliable service availability. However, EmpTrack does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or continuous availability during maintenance or third-party outages.
10. Third-Party Services
EmpTrack may integrate with third-party services including attendance devices, payment gateways, cloud providers, communication platforms, and analytics tools. Such services operate under their own terms and policies.
11. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts if:
- These Terms are violated
- Subscription payments remain unpaid
- Fraudulent activity is detected
- Security risks arise
- The platform is misused
12. Intellectual Property
The EmpTrack platform, software, branding, content, designs, logos, and related intellectual property remain the exclusive property of EmpTrack Technologies and may not be copied, modified, distributed, or resold without written permission.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EmpTrack Technologies shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages including loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data arising from the use of the platform.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms, platform features, subscription plans, and pricing at any time. Updated versions will be published on this page.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Gujarat, India.
