3. GPS, Camera & Real-Time Tracking Permissions

EmpTrack requires access to device location services and camera functionality for attendance verification, real-time workforce tracking, and authorized organizational processes. We strictly prioritize employee privacy through the following automated safeguards:

  • Automatic Shift Cutoff: Our system automatically disables continuous live tracking the exact moment an employee's designated shift ends.
  • Employer Responsibility: Organizations are strictly responsible for obtaining employee consent to be tracked during working hours in compliance with local laws.
4. Data Sharing & Third-Party Services

We do not sell or rent personal information. Information may be shared with:

  • Payment gateway providers
  • Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers
  • Attendance device integration services
  • Analytics and communication service providers
  • Government or legal authorities when required by law
5. Partner Programs (Sales & Dealer Partners)

EmpTrack collaborates with external partners under specific operational models. Privacy responsibilities are divided as follows:

  • Sales Partners: We may collect and process information related to Sales Partners for the purpose of tracking successful sales, communication, and calculating predefined commissions.
  • Dealer Partners: Dealer Partners operate as independent entities and are solely responsible for directly billing and managing their own clients. As such, Dealer Partners may collect their clients' payment and personal information directly. EmpTrack does not process, store, or bear responsibility for these direct financial transactions or the independent data privacy practices of Dealer Partners. Clients of Dealer Partners are encouraged to review their specific partner's privacy policies.
6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted communications (HTTPS/SSL), access controls, authentication systems, secure hosting environments, and regular backups.

7. Data Retention & Automatic Deletion

Information is generally retained for as long as necessary to provide services, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, and support operational requirements.

Strict GPS Deletion Policy: Live tracking history and route records are stored in our system for a maximum of 2 months. After this period, they are permanently and automatically deleted by our system to ensure data minimization and privacy.
